You can enjoy fatty tuna called “Otoro” from a huge bluefin tuna weighing over 250 kg in Sydney from 2nd September to 19th December Wednesday to Sunday, Lunch and Dinner! Please note that the daily offer is valid while stock lasts.※Our restaurant will be closed from 25th December 2021 and will open 5th January 2022.

There are very few opportunities to eat Otoro from such a big size in Sydney.
For this event, a whole fat tuna weighing more than 250 kilograms was sent directly from Japan to Australia after being processed for quick-freezing at -60 degrees Celsius to keep it fresh (using Spanish farm-raised fish).
The difference between big size tuna and regular-sized tuna is the rich flavour! The fat content is much higher, and the taste melts in your mouth! Undoubtedly, “Otoro” is the most expensive part from tuna. Enjoy the difference in taste!
Please enjoy it with nigiri-sushi. The price for two pieces of this Otoro nigiri-sushi is from $16 to $24. (Price may vary)

Of course, you can also order from the regular menu at Sushi Kaido which offers a wide range of menu items such as salmon, white fish, eel, shellfish, and teriyaki seared sushi with Sushi Kaido’s homemade sauce!
